地下车库外堆放的垃圾
近日，龙泉驿区琥珀庭院小区业主通过成都市网络理政社会诉求平台反映，该小区有两层地下车库，但物业并未按照国家规定开放两处安全通道，且未开放的通道处堆放有大量杂物。同时，物业平时不开放安全通道，“他们表示无法管理，需要相关部门告知物业是否有权利关闭地下室的地下出口。”
此外，小区业主还反映，小区门禁系统一直未使用。小区业主反映是否属实？“生命通道”是否不畅？近4日，记者现场进行了探访。

停车场两个出口仅有一个开放
消防通道垃圾“清过又堆积”
11月14日上午，记者来到位于琥珀庭院小区，小区地下停车场有两个出口，其中位于2栋旁出口并未使用。停车场出口外就是消防通道，沿围墙堆放着半米高的垃圾，混合着树枝、木板、布料等废弃物。现场有物业工作人员正在进行清理，目前已经清理出一条通往小区侧门的路。然而，小区侧门仅允许人员通行，并没有对车辆开放。
家住2栋的刘女士告诉记者，刚住进小区时侧门曾短暂开放，后来又封闭了。“小区地下车库进出口仅开放一个，平时上下班开车出门容易拥堵，比较耽误时间。”
家住3栋的赵先生表示，停车场出口不开放，带来的影响不光是通行拥堵。“部分业主将旧沙发、破衣柜等大件垃圾堆放在停车场出口前，如果停车场发生火灾等事故，堆放的垃圾会影响逃生、救援。”
在小区业主群里，这也是热点话题。不少住户对于小区地下停车场的消防安全通道不足表示担忧。也有住户表示，停车场出口的垃圾每次清理过之后，没过多久又堆了起来。
小区物业管理公司唐经理告诉记者，小区目前有1200个左右的停车位，位于地下二层。小区二期部分2014年交房后曾尝试过开放侧门供车辆通行，但由于停车场出口到侧门之间的通道过于狭窄，一直未能实现，“我们前期尝试过改造围墙，现在经过整治，路面宽度基本符合要求。下一步，需要购买一套道闸系统和小区大门实现互联，同时还要完善地面标线，规范车行路线，预计十二月底前可以实现停车场出口的启用。”

继续清理大件垃圾
与地面停车场不同，受封闭空间等因素影响，地下停车场车辆停放密集、出入口较少，发生火灾等紧急情况时，烟尘不易扩散，逃生通道选择较少。
《中华人民共和国国家标准 汽车库、修车库、停车场设计防火规范 50067-2014？GB》中提到，停车数量大于100辆的地下、半地下汽车库，其首层或地下一层至室外的汽车疏散出口不应少于2个。
针对琥珀庭院小区的情况，龙泉驿区住建局表示，物业服务企业已在采购出入口道闸系统，预计地下停车场出入口在12月底全面开通。通道杂物和大件垃圾问题，区住建局还将继续督促垃圾和大件垃圾继续清理。
唐经理向记者表示，有部分住户将大件垃圾随意堆放，物业对于这类行为也将尽力劝阻尽快清理。计划在小区4期交付后，于7栋旁设置一个专门用于堆放大件垃圾的区域。（来源 成都商报）
